RS Audio offers an exclusive “trade up program” to all of our valued customers. This program allows customers to upgrade any previously purchased RS Audio to any product(s) of higher value. As part of this program, RS Audio will credit you the full original purchase price for your product(s) which can then be applied toward your new purchase. In order to qualify for this program, your original product must be in a very good or “like new” condition. For details, please reach out to us on our Contact Us page.

If your RS Audio product arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date. We will ship a replacement product to you within a few days and ask you to ship the original product back to us. RS Audio will cover all shipping costs.

RS Audio offers a limited 30 day return policy if the customer is not 100% satisfied with their purchase. A 10% restocking fee will apply and all shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer. In order to qualify for our return policy, the product must be in a “like new” condition and packed very carefully using the original RS Audio packaging materials. If the product arrives back to RS Audio in a damaged state, RS Audio reserves the right to not issue a refund to the customer. RS Audio does not cover accidental damage.

RS Audio offers a limited lifetime warranty covering all current and discontinued products against manufacturing defects. This warranty is fully transferable between customers, helping protect the value of your RS Audio products over time. Although accidental damage is not covered under the warranty, we will make every reasonable effort to service damaged products whenever possible.
